How do I get to Seiser Alm?
The Seiser Alm Bahn is the most environmentally friendly way to reach Seiser Alm. The base station of the cable car is located in Seis am Schlern. Guests from Kastelruth and Völs am Schlern can easily reach the cable car with shuttle buses or by car. The ascent to Seiser Alm by car is closed during the season from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. There are shops, rentals, restaurants, and ticket offices at the base station as well as the mountain station. During peak season, it is advisable to factor in the often long wait times for tickets. Cross-country skiers can purchase the cable car and the trail pass together with a Nordic Pass.
