The most beautiful accommodations

You can take a relaxing circular hike around Puflatsch, which will lead you to legendary places and unique viewpoints. You'll be offered an unforgettable panorama of the Seiser Alm, the Dolomites, Gröden and even as far as the Alpine Main Ridge. Along the way, you'll also find benches and tables perfect for a cozy picnic. This hiking route is also available as part of the family hiking book "My Little Witch Nix Hiking Notebook" (hiking route No. 10).
Compatsch can be easily reached by the Seiser Alm cable car. Alternatively, Line 10 goes to Seiser Alm. The road to the Seiser Alm Nature Reserve is closed to private traffic from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Outside these hours, there is a paid parking lot in Compatsch.
The Seiser Alm cable car takes you to the mountain station in Compatsch. From there, a wide path on the left leads steeply uphill towards Puflatsch. If you want to avoid the first climb, you can go down to the Puflatsch cable car and take a gondola up to Puflatsch. From there, you can continue to the Engelsrast and enjoy the view of the surrounding peaks together with the angel resting there. The circular route then takes you to the Filln cross and the witches' benches. According to legend, witch dances used to take place here and you can still see the petrified benches with their backrests. The path then leads you down to the Goller cross with a view of the Schlern and back to Compatsch, the starting point of the tour.
