A beautiful sunny winter hike around the village of Kastelruth.

Starting from Krausplatz in the village center, turn right past the church and follow trail marking number 10 along Bühlweg. Cross the Tisenser Bach at Föstlhof and then turn right. Pass Lafayhof and Fegerhof until you reach Bremicher Platzl. From here, go briefly in a southerly direction to Café Sabina. Turn left there and follow trail number 10 to Tschonhof. Then turn right and continue until you reach the road leading to St. Michael. Cross the main road and follow the forest path (trail marking 7/8) to the "Wasserebene," then walk back to Kastelruth via Tiosels.
